Here’s a feature that, while not ground-breaking, should make your life a bit easier: downloading your logs as a CSV.  The CSV generated is based on settings of the logs that you are currently viewing. So, for example, if you only want the logs of your live faxes, make sure to select Live from the Call Type pulldown etc.
